NIJES operates under the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), all articles published in NIJES are immediately accessible online without subscription barriers, paywalls, or embargo periods.

Anyone is free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any lawful purpose (including commercial use and data mining), provided appropriate credit and citation are given to the original authors and NIJES.

Self-Archiving & Repository Policy (Green Open Access)

Authors are encouraged to deposit all versions of their work (Preprint, Accepted Author Manuscript, and the final Published Publisher PDF) into institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networks immediately upon publication with no embargo period.
